Please contact us within 15 days from invoice date. Returns must be shipped within 7 days after a return confirmation. We'll not accept returns or exchanges on following items -- they are sold as final: Chrome Bottle Stoppers / Lotion Soap Dispenser Pumps / Magnets / Pin frogs and Sale & Closeout items.

Returns: A full refund if missing or damaged in transit or from our errors by shipping incorrect items. All other returns are subject to a 25% or $25.00 whichever is greater restocking fee and buyer pays for shipping in both directions. In case of free shipping on the order, free shipping will be void and actual courier charge will be added.

Please email us with invoice # or order # for a return authurization, without RA your return shipment will be refused. All returning items are unopened, unused. Shipments Must-Be-Double-Boxed and all items must be secured in the box the same way they arrived to you. Do not assume your shipping box will arrive to us in the same condition you shipped. Transit can be hectic in many different points and places. Without double boxing and we may refuse your refund. 2) Must be insured to full value. If items are damaged in transit, buyer will be responsible for filing a claim with shipping carrier. 3) Include a copy of original invoice. Please indicate what is desired, refunds or if exchanges(write item numbers & qty on the invoice.) 4) We'll need a tracking number. Please email us a tracking number. We'll make every effort to accomodate and expedite. We would appreciate your patience.
